• Collaborate with cross-functional teams/squads to gather requirements.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies and contribute effectively.
• Run grooming sessions independently with the team.
• Understand the SDLC cycle; take a proactive approach to delivery.
• Write clear user stories and requirements; use tools and illustration techniques to specify requirements.
• Collaborate with Architecture to discuss designs and assess traceability of requirements.
• Apply knowledge of customer journeys and UX/UI tools to understand processes.
• Participate in UAT and other test phases; triage defects to meet sprint commitments.
• Knowledge of Finacle is an added advantage.
• Demonstrate clear and concise communication and strong impact analysis.

• Experience:
  
  7-10 years as a Business Analyst.
• Domain/skills:
  Techno-functional knowledge;
  Digital – App/Web exposure;
  Banking experience; CASA;
  Term Deposits; KYC;
  Digital onboarding.
• Agile methodology experience is required.
• Strong communication, ability to write clear user stories and requirements; proficient in requirements elicitation and notation.
• Experience using tools and visualization techniques to write requirements.
• Ability to run grooming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and able to align with the SDLC cycle.
• Exposure to Customer journeys and UX/UI tools; awareness of processes.
• Knowledge of UAT and other test phases; ability to triage defects and support sprint commitments.
• Confident and polished professional.
