Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI/CO Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. • Provide comprehensive support for the SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules, ensuring alignment with business and accounting requirements.
• Manage implementation, process enhancement, and ongoing support for FI/CO, including Financial Accounting (FI), General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Credit Management, Asset Accounting, Controlling (CO), and related Fiori applications.
• Analyze and document business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions and mapping them to SAP business processes.
• Handle support tickets, process improvements, and implementation requests from subsidiaries across the MEA region.
• Perform unit and integration testing in line with FI/CO business needs and support users during month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare user manuals, training materials, and deliver demos/workshops as required by the business, both onsite and offsite.
• Support audit, tax, and invoicing integrations with partners, and assist with reporting functions using BI tools and Excel.

• University graduate, ideally available for immediate joining in the UAE.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO modules with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills to manage complex business processes, with a keen eye for process improvement and accuracy.
• Proven ability to provide help desk support and resolve issues efficiently, prioritizing written communication for async collaboration.
• Excellent written communication skills in English and adept at stakeholder management and active listening.
• Experience in conducting user training sessions and creating comprehensive documentation/manuals.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and reporting tools such as BI and Excel.

• Understanding of integrations with other SAP modules (MM/SD).
• Experience supporting subsidiaries across multiple countries, especially in the MEA region.
• IFRS knowledge and exposure to SAP Fiori applications considered a strong plus.
