• Develop and enhance a digital assurance framework for blockchain analytics, cybersecurity, and market supervision.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of Web3 security and analytics policies to support regulatory activities.
• Drive the digital technology and analytics roadmap in collaboration with external partners and providers.
• Oversee blockchain analytics operations to support licensing, supervision, and enforcement teams.
• Conduct technical analysis to support investigations and token issuance reviews.
• Provide subject matter expertise to improve licensing assessments and risk models for virtual asset service providers.

• Proven experience in blockchain analytics, cybersecurity, or digital assurance within regulatory or financial sectors.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, tokenomics, and virtual asset ecosystems.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships.
• Experience developing or contributing to regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies.
• Skilled in technical analysis, market surveillance, and investigative support.
• Excellent communication and training capabilities to support internal capability building.
