Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Engineer with hands‑on experience in humanoid and Unitree robots. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, prototyping, and providing both technical support and leadership to a small team of technical assistants. This position requires strong technical acumen, problem‑solving ability, and excellent communication skills for both customer and internal support.
Responsibilities- Operate, configure, and calibrate humanoid and quadruped robots during events, demonstrations, and client projects.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, including servo faults, sensor calibration, and communication errors.
- Perform pre‑deployment testing, firmware updates, and post‑installation performance checks to ensure reliability.
- Develop and test Python prototypes to improve robot intelligence, automation, and customer interaction.
- Integrate and fine‑tune facial recognition, speech recognition, and NLP models to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with R&D to test new features, collect feedback, and optimize robot behaviors.
- Provide technical support via online chat, calls, and video sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand use cases, customize robot functions, and ensure seamless deployment.
- Document all issues, resolutions, and client feedback through structured support and maintenance reports.
- Create and maintain technical guides, FAQs, and training material to enhance customer understanding and internal knowledge sharing.
- Represent the company during exhibitions, demos, and trade shows, ensuring professional presentation of robot capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience with humanoid (e.g., Cruzr, Pepper, etc.) and quadruped robots (e.g., Unitree, Go2, G1, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for both mechanical and software issues.
- Hands‑on experience with Python, facial recognition, and NLP model deployment.
- Familiarity with OpenCV, Tensor Flow, or ROS is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for client‑facing interactions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams and coordinate multiple projects.
