AI Workflow AI Operations Engineer

Salary : AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month (Based on experience).

We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and innovation. You'll architect and execute intelligent workflows that automate processes , enhance team productivity , and supercharge e-commerce growth .

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (AutoGPT, BabyAGI, Open Agents, CrewAI, etc.)
• Ability to build and manage multi-step workflows using tools like Lang Chain, Zapier, Make, Airflow , or custom scripting.
• Experience integrating AI into e-commerce , customer service , logistics , or internal operations.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Gemini, etc.)
• Ability to implement and monitor AI task agents that collaborate, learn, and deliver results autonomously.
• Experience working with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Bonus :
  Experience with agent memory , prompt engineering , or RLHF models.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows for real-time task execution and decision-making.
• Collaborate with global teams to identify areas for automation and optimization.
• Develop and test agentic architectures to support recruitment, sales, e-commerce, and logistics.
• Build custom GPTs, copilots , or multi-agent systems to support business growth.
• Support non-technical teams with AI onboarding and prompt strategy.
• Contribute to the AI roadmap for scalability, performance , and ethics.
• Hands-on experience in real-world AI deployment.
