Chief Specialist – Infrastructure Systems Operations Monitoring

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is looking for a Chief Specialist in Infrastructure Systems Operations Monitoring to join our dynamic IT team
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of IT security policies, risk controls, and cybersecurity standards
• Conduct risk assessments, security audits and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISR, ISO 27701, etc.
• Implement security tools and infrastructure including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, and encryption technologies
• Collaborate across RTA sectors to integrate security into all IT infrastructure and systems
• Develop and lead incident response plans
• Mentor junior security staff and engage with regulatory bodies and external partners

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Preferred
  
  Certifications:
  
  CISSP, CISA, CISM
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure Security Audits, Application Security, GRC, and Information Security Regulation
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure security
