• Strong hands‑on experience in Oracle SCM (Cloud), including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing
• In‑depth understanding of supply‑chain processes, including Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Demand & Supply Planning.
• Experience in end‑to‑end SCM ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go‑Live support.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of integration points between supply‑chain modules and other ERP modules such as Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.
• Experience in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for supply‑chain performance and analytics.
• Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, BI reporting tools (OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ), and Excel‑based analytics.
• Ability to conduct workshops, end‑user training, and prepare functional documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in post‑implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
• Awareness of project management methodologies, ERP governance, and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
