Network Support Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT,
  
  B. Tech, BE, MCA, BSc, or related Information System is mandatory.
• IT Certifications CCNA and CCNP are mandatory.
• Preferred Certification in SDN, network automation technologies.
• Preferred Certification in Aruba Network Technologies.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in handling / troubleshooting Network infrastructure, Services, and network projects.
• Good knowledge of Cisco switches and routers, Nexus switches, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, and WAN optimizers.
• Experience with SDN technology.
• Good RCA skills for critical issues.
• Experience on Aruba wireless and CPPM management.
• Expert level knowledge in static and dynamic routing protocols, NAT, DMVPN, multicast, QoS concepts.
• Experience managing data center and branch networks.
• Experience managing WAN optimizer (Preference Silver Peak), Solar Winds, backup automations.

• Preferred experience in banking environment.
• Preferred experience working with Dell Sonic switches.
• Preferred experience on BMC Remedy, incident, problem management.
• Preferred experience in SD-WAN technologies.
• Preferred scripting and automation skills:
  Ansible, Git Hub, Jenkins, basic Linux.
• Preferred experience with operation and management of technical systems, network equipment, SANs.

• Willing to work 24/7 support in operations role with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, DNS utilities.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
• Coordination skills.
