We are looking for an energetic, motivated and talented computer technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Assisting customers and internal team members on hardware compatibility, and the optimal component selection for PCs
- Assembling Gaming PCs (including liquid cooling and hard tubing)
- Set up and configure computers and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, routers, etc
- Perform audits and tests on computer systems, networks and hardware to ensure it is functioning properly
- Respond to support requests and assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise
- Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware Very good communication skills
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Knowledge of the latest trends in computer hardware and gaming
