Job Description:

Service Now Developer

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer with at least 7 years of experience in developing applications on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), Integration Custom Application Development, and Portal Development. The candidate should also possess the following qualifications:

  • Configuration of Service Portal and custom widgets, including workflows and processes.
  • Implementation of designer-provided user interfaces.
  • Setting up Service portal content for authenticated users.
  • Utilizing Service Portal to customize user logins through system properties and script includes.
  • Creation, monitoring, modification, and publishing of service catalogue workflows with approvals.
  • Matching UI designs on various pages of a portal.
  • Designing, configuring, and customizing new applications and modules.
  • Troubleshooting patch/release management issues.
  • Strong knowledge in CMDB.
  • Knowledge of S2P, SPM, VA, Automation Hub is a plus.
