- Providing support to head office and retail users for all hardware, software, and other IT peripherals
- Preparing POS hardware with all software installations for retail stores, enabling smooth store openings
- Preparing data diagrams for upcoming stores as per standards and consulting the same with the contractor
- Liaising with ISP for internet connections and maintaining all relevant documentation
- Troubleshooting and maintaining network hardware at stores, including configuring firewalls and APs
- Handling store renovations and closures
- Supporting footfall and biometric hardware
- Planning procurement of hardware requirements for Retail Stores
- At least 3- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Sound working experience in Active Directory, IT Security & Infrastructure, Data Layout & Planning
- LAN & WAN concepts, UTM Firewalls.
- Thorough knowledge of Windows PC, Printers/Scanners & Hardware Technology
