Clear Grid is redefining how debt resolution works across banking, fintech, and BNPL ecosystems. We are looking for a senior leader to own our end-to-end collections & recoveries strategy; covering banking portfolios, non-banking portfolios, and fintech partners. The Head of Collections will build a world-class function, modernize traditional collections, and integrate AI-driven and data-driven methodologies into daily operations.

• Own the collections & recoveries strategy across early, mid, and late-stage delinquency for banking and non-banking portfolios.
• Define and track core KPIs including cure rates, roll rates, DPD performance, cost-to-collect, and forecast accuracy.
• Drive a digital, data-led collections approach ensuring all decisions and workflows are grounded in analytics and segmentation.

• Build and manage a high-performing multi-country collections function.
• Implement segmentation strategies, automated workflows, and predictive models in collaboration with Data, Growth, and Product.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, contractual, and ethical standards, including data privacy, consumer protection, and fair collection practices across all operating markets.
• Oversee quality control, dispute resolution, agent performance, and vendor/outsourcing partners.
• Lead strategic negotiations with partner banks, lenders, BNPL platforms, and external agencies.

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Translate portfolio insights into product improvements and automation opportunities.
• Champion Clear Grid’s values, performance culture, and ethical recovery standards.

• 8–12+ years in collections, recoveries, or credit risk across UAE/KSA.
• Demonstrated ability to scale multi-country teams and lead managers.
• Understanding of data governance, certifications, UAE Central Bank, SAMA KSA Regulations an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management with banks, partners, and regulators.
• Deep analytical capability; comfortable with dashboards, models, and portfolio forecasting.
• Arabic preferred;
