About the Role

The Data & Analytics Specialist will analyze media and marketing data to generate actionable insights that drive performance improvement. You’ll work with planners, strategists, and clients to translate data into meaningful narratives and optimization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple marketing and media sources.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports for clients and internal teams.
  • Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with media and strategy teams to align measurement frameworks.
  • Support A/B testing, attribution modeling, and effectiveness analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, or media performance.
  • Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of digital metrics, tracking, and attribution.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, structured, and proactive.
