Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager with a proven track record of leading Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The Program Manager will drive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Experience

Minimum of 7‑10 years managing large‑scale IT projects
At least 3‑5 years managing Salesforce projects (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud)

Skills

Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce implementations on time and within budget
Hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and deployment processes
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar
Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on business outcomes

Preferred Skills

Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third‑party applications
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and Lightning platform
