We’re looking for a strategic operator to lead one of OKX’s key user growth initiatives in the UAE. This role combines insights, strategy, and partnership development to strengthen engagement and retention among high-value user segments. You’ll translate data and market understanding into clear actions that deepen user relationships, improve trading activity, and enhance overall platform loyalty.

• Program Strategy:
  Design and evolve the UAE user-growth framework for priority segments, focusing on value, experience, and long-term engagement.
• Insights & Analysis:
  Generate deep user and market insights using behavioral data, trading metrics, and feedback loops. Identify growth levers and retention opportunities.
• Performance Planning:
  Define objectives, success metrics, and experiments that improve lifetime value and trading activity within your segment.
• Partnership Development:
  Build strategic collaborations with ecosystem players – from financial partners to trading groups – to expand reach and user value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Product, BD, Marketing, and Data teams to execute initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Governance & Reporting:
  Maintain clear visibility on performance metrics, report progress, and recommend program optimizations grounded in data.

• 6–10 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or user strategy roles in fintech, crypto, or trading platforms.
• Strong analytical foundation; fluent in using data to shape business strategy.
• Track record of designing and scaling user‑centric programs or initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic thinker who enjoys building structure, insights, and partnerships that deliver measurable results.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a strong plus.
