The ROW SHARP team is looking for a program manager. In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Rolling out ww features to AMET
• Conducting product benchmark with US/EU/ROW and SIC
• Building in-house tools when the tech team cannot prioritize them
• Solving UTR system issues during new store and hub launches (tier
  1) and BAU (tier
  2)

You will work with tech, configuration, business, and ops teams to optimize operation systems and partner with product and tech teams to drive permanent solutions for frequent issues.

This is an individual contributor position that requires a strong sense of business and operations, deep understanding of UTR systems, customer obsession, and willingness to dive deep. The ROW (Rest Of World, which includes India, Japan, AMET,  , MX, SG and AU) SHARP team is driving several innovations and optimizations in Amazon's Supply Chain and Fulfillment Centers, to bring the world’s most customer centric experience to the ROW countries.

• Strong understanding of UTR systems
• Strong program skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including operations, tech, product, and business
• Ability to deliver on multiple deadlines and prioritize compulsively as a self‑directed individual, comfortable with fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners for the initiatives you’re owning or collaborating on
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers, business owners, and senior business leaders

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

• 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of driving process improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
