IT Project Coordinator - UAE National
Job Description
The IT Project Coordinator will support the IT project team in planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of IT projects. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist project managers in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation (e.g., reports, meeting minutes, plans).
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project activities.
- Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and reviews; prepare agendas and follow-up action items.
- Monitor and update project status, risks, and issues logs.
- Support procurement and contract management processes related to IT vendors.
- Help ensure project compliance with internal policies and governance processes.
- Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and regular project updates for management.
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation repositories (e.g., SharePoint, project management tools).
- Perform other administrative or coordination tasks as required by the Project team.
- 3-5 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably in IT.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
