• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages/components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including profiles/roles, sharing rules, validation rules, tasks, flows, and triggers.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and the Lightning Component Framework; experience with Salesforce Portals and Communities.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud following best practices.
• Collaborate with the finance team in real estate to understand invoice management, receipts, payments, and collections within the Account Receivable module, and tailor Salesforce accordingly.
• Design and implement custom objects, fields, flows, and automation to optimize real estate AR processes (invoice generation, receipt tracking, payment processing, and collections).
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to Salesforce configurations in partnership with the finance team, aligning with industry best practices in real estate finance management.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Analyze and solve high-level software and application issues; manage heavy workloads and time-sensitive projects with attention to detail.
• Communicate solutions effectively to technical and non-technical users; provide training to end-users.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including configuration, development, unit testing, and deployment of capabilities and functionality.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Finance AR modules (invoice management, receipts, payments, and collections) within Salesforce Real Estate domain.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Platform Developer certifications (required).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security model, data model, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce Portals and Communities; experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with REST API and SOAP API integrations.
• Ability to work independently with users/clients, translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, and provide end-user training.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
