This is a strategic, hands‑on architecture role focused on the full online customer journey across web and mobile channels.
You will define the enterprise architecture roadmap, establish standards and principles, and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value, and execute the implementation yourself with external resource.
Responsibilities- Define and maintain the current‑state and future‑state architecture for all customer‑facing platforms
- Own the Salesforce ecosystem (CRM, Marketing, Service, integrations) and ensure alignment with digital platforms
- Drive architecture across web, mobile, eCommerce, and digital experience platforms
- Ensure end‑to‑end customer experience consistency across channels
- Establish integration, data, and API strategies to unify the customer ecosystem
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, balancing business needs, scalability, and cost‑effectiveness
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate customer strategy into technical architecture
- Ensure governance, standards, and best practices are followed across outsourced delivery teams
- Extensive Enterprise Architecture experience in B2C, customer‑focused environments
- Deep experience with Salesforce and consumer digital platforms
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end digital customer journeys across web and mobile
- Experience designing scalable, integrated, and vendor‑delivered solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to work without direct reports
