Product Manager | MAF Properties | Technology & Transformation
Majid Al Futtaim Asset Management is transforming its retail operations through advanced Data & AI capabilities to enhance decision‑making, performance, and customer experiences. The Advanced Analytics Product Manager leads the creation and delivery of AI‑driven products, acting as the bridge between business and technology teams. The role defines product vision, manages the analytics roadmap, and ensures solutions deliver measurable value, supporting more intelligent, efficient, and insight‑led decision‑making.
Responsibilities- Product Leadership & Strategy:
Define and implement group‑wide analytics product strategy; own the full lifecycle of AI and advanced analytics products from ideation to scaled adoption. - Vision &
Roadmap:
Set product vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics solutions, ensuring stakeholder alignment and long‑term value delivery. - Use Case Enablement:
Identify high‑impact analytics opportunities, convert POCs into scalable products, and ensure measurable business outcomes. - Adoption & Change Management:
Drive product adoption, embed analytics into decision‑making, and lead cultural shifts around data usage. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, and gather continuous feedback to refine products. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work with data engineers, scientists, and management teams to ensure quality data, technical alignment, and optimized product performance. - Infrastructure & Governance:
Provide input on data infrastructure, participate in governance forums, and contribute to best practices and operating model evolution. - Scope & Impact:
Support analytics across 29 malls and 7 hotels in 5 countries, delivering high‑value Cognitive Campus use cases with AED 1.3B revenue and AED 976M NOPAT impact.
- Experience & Background: 10+ years in analytics, product management, business analysis, or consulting, with a strong track record in delivering AI‑ or data‑driven products at scale.
- Analytical & Data Expertise:
Strong problem‑solving, data fluency, and ability to structure use cases and generate actionable insights from diverse data sources. - Product Management
Skills:
Proven experience managing the lifecycle of data or AI products from POC to scaled implementation in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments. - Leadership & Vision:
Capable of setting direction, guiding cross‑functional teams, mentoring, and aligning stakeholders around shared product goals. - Communication & Storytelling:
Skilled in translating complex data into clear insights and compelling narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Behavioral
Competencies:
Results‑oriented, adaptable, curious, collaborative, and effective in driving change and fostering a culture of innovation.
