We’re seeking a performance-driven Affiliate and Influencer Growth Manager to accelerate OKX’s growth across UAE and MENA. In this role, you’ll acquire and manage high-value partners, execute campaigns, and support in building scalable programs that drive user acquisition, trading activity, and long-term engagement. You’ll bring focus and executional strength across two key channels, ensuring OKX remains competitive in a fast-moving market.

Identify and onboard high-potential affiliates and influencers across the UAE/MENA region.

Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to uncover new partner opportunities.

Support the evolution of scalable affiliate and KOL programs across education, engagement, and optimization.

Support in building community events, workshops, and university initiatives in the UAE to drive new user growth and deepen local engagement.

Manage daily operations with affiliates, KOLs, and agencies to deliver seamless campaigns.

Monitor acquisition, activation, and trading KPIs to identify growth levers.

Analyze partner performance using dashboards and trading data to guide strategy.

Build reporting frameworks for ROI, partner activity, and user acquisition impact.

Coordinate with creative teams and agencies to deliver campaign assets.

Ensure operational accuracy and compliance across regional initiatives.

3–6 years in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or partner success roles (fintech/crypto/trading preferred).

Experience building and scaling affiliate/KOL pipelines in MENA.

Proven agency, partner, and campaign management experience.

Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.

Strategic mindset with hands on execution capability.

Fluent in English, Arabic strongly preferred.
