Dynamics 365 CE Senior Analyst Programmer; Relocate to Malta/
Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.
Role Overview
The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE
) Senior Analyst Programmer is a member of our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions’ customer delivery team of D365CE
centred solutions. The developer will assist in delivering the technical implementation and design of D365CE
solutions. They will work with both onshore and offshore development teams and be involved in developing integration solutions between D365CE
and third-party legacy systems. Extensive experience with .Net and JavaScript development for D365CE
is required, along with knowledge of best practices across the development lifecycle.

Requirements
- A relevant university degree in computing or business
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Certification
- Over 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or .Net technologies
- At least 3 years’ experience designing and developing D365CE
extensions, including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, application security, HTML, Actions, and APIs - Good understanding of .Net development best practices, including source control, testing, and build processes
- Experience with D365CE
configuration, customization, workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports - Knowledge of CRM functional areas:
Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service - Understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Dataverse
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Development of D365CE
integrations using Microsoft technologies like Common Data Service, Flow, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus - Experience with Azure Dev Ops for source control and CI/CD pipelines
- Power BI and Power Apps development experience
- HTML5 development aligned with D365CE
- Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS
- Experience with data migration best practices for D365CE
- Experience with third-party tools for integration and migration, e.g., Scribe, Kingsway Soft
- Familiarity with D365CE
accelerators, industry templates, add-ons, and ISV solutions - Experience working with off/near-shore teams
- Proven success in implementing D365CE
solutions in enterprise environments - Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
- Technical documentation skills for offshore work packages
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects on design and documentation
- Implement technical solutions in D365CE
following project methodologies - Maintain up-to-date design and technical documentation
- Develop components outside core D365CE
, such as Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Power Apps - Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams
- Ensure timely delivery of development work within budget
- Participate in technical and design groups
- Follow technical standards and best practices
- Manage source control, testing, and code reviews
- Implement automated build and release strategies
- Report progress and escalate risks/issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Represent Microsoft Business Solutions professionally
- Adhere to security policies
