Aloha Technologies is building the next generation of AI-powered business platforms. Our ecosystem includes AI Receptionist, AI sales automation, real-estate AI engines, dispatching automation, and enterprise-grade workflow orchestration tools using n8n and deep API integrations.

We are looking for a world-class AI Developer who can build end-to-end systems, automate complex workflows, and integrate multiple platforms into seamless AI-driven operations.

• Designing, building, and deploying advanced automation systems using n8n, custom APIs, HTTP integrations, and full-stack development.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI strategy teams to build real-time interactive agents that automate business workflows from lead acquisition → qualification → scheduling → CRM updates → reporting.
• Strong technical depth, problem-solving skills, and the ability to architect scalable workflows that eliminate human labor and accelerate business performance.

• Build, test, and deploy automation workflows using n8n, including API calls, webhooks, error handling, retries, and data pipelines.
• Integrate multiple third-party tools (Twilio, VAPI, GHL, Hub Spot, Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Supabase, custom APIs, etc.).
• Develop HTTP / API modules to push and fetch data between internal and external systems.
• Architect and build AI agents using OpenAI / Gemini / VAPI / LLM APIs that can perform multi-step tasks autonomously.
• Design and implement custom CRM modules, including workflows, triggers, and database logic.
• Build front-end dashboards for internal tools (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar).
• Build backend microservices (Node.js, Python, Type Script) to support automations and AI models.
• Create scalable data structures to handle thousands of events per minute.
• Troubleshoot failed jobs, logs, performance issues, and API authentication errors.
• Work closely with the CTO and product team to plan, scope, and deliver features quickly.
• Document workflows, create SOPs, and maintain clean, reliable architecture.

• Strong experience building agent systems using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, VAPI, or similar.
• Ability to orchestrate multiple AI agents to perform full business processes end-to-end.
• Experience writing prompt engineering, system messages, memory, and multi-agent logic.

Expert-level n8n developer with experience building complex workflows (100+ nodes).

• High familiarity with HTTP Request & Webhooks
• API Authentication (OAuth2, Basic, Bearer, HMAC, API Keys)
• Data transformation functions
• Error handling + retry logic
• Cron jobs & event triggers
• JSON structures & parsing

• Strong in Node.js, Python, or Type Script (preferably all three at good level).
• Experience building REST APIs, middleware, and automation microservices.
• Strong understanding of async tasks, queues, job runners, and rate limits.

• Solid experience in React, Next.js, Vue, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to build clean UI screens, dashboards, and admin tools.
• Knowledge of Tailwind
