What You’ll Lead & Create Turn data into decisions that shape the business

• Own end-to-end business analysis for strategic and operational initiatives
• Build financial models that guide forecasting, scenario planning, and major investment decisions
• Identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the entertainment portfolio

Translate business needs into real, measurable solutions

• Partner with senior stakeholders across DHE’s verticals
• Capture and convert high-level needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success measures
• Ensure every initiative has aligned expectations and delivers tangible value

Drive projects that modernise and elevate DHE

• Serve as the analytical lead for cross-functional projects
• Support system rollouts, process redesign, ERP/CRM improvements, and digital transformation efforts
• Validate enhancements and ensure smooth, effective implementation

Own performance visibility for the organisation

• Design and embed KPI frameworks that actually matter
• Build dashboards and automated reporting that sharpen decision‑making
• Present insights directly to senior management

Be a trusted advisor in a fast‑evolving environment

• Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions
• Bring clarity, challenge assumptions, and influence strategic direction
• Build strong partnerships that elevate how the business operates

What You Bring

• 6–10 years’ experience in business analysis within a complex, fast-moving organisation
• Strong modelling skills, analytical depth, and process optimisation expertise
• Confidence partnering with senior leaders and influencing direction
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and business process mapping tools
• Experience with digital transformation, ERP/CRM platforms, or data initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering (Master’s/certifications are a plus)
