We’re looking for a detail-oriented and innovative 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 to design and maintain data solutions that drive actionable insights and support business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable data pipelines, working with modern data technologies, and enabling real-time analytics in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Data Pipeline Development: Build, optimize, and maintain robust ETL/ELT workflows and integration pipelines to ensure reliable and timely data flow.
- Data Modeling & Analytics Support: Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations (Power BI) to provide actionable insights for business teams.
- Cloud & Big Data Management: Utilize cloud platforms such as Azure Fabric and technologies like SQL, Spark, or Python for data processing and storage.
- Real-Time Data Solutions: Implement and support streaming data pipelines for analytics and reporting to enable real-time decision-making.
- Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business and technical teams to understand data needs, deliver high-quality solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Data Governance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to data quality, compliance, and governance standards while preparing clear technical documentation and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a similar technical role
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI, SQL, Azure Fabric, Spark, and/or Python
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
