• Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation that showcase the value of our offerings.
• Define comprehensive, consistent and effective cloud solutions that leverage the Oracle IaaS and PaaS portfolio while aligning with industry best practices.
• Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value through vision, capability models, assessments, and technical design.
• Lead cross‑functional Oracle teams to help customers design, rapidly adopt, and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• Technical fluency and strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a strategic mindset focused on business and technical challenges.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their application across business functions.
• Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer‑facing role such as Pre‑Sales Solution Architect, focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
• 10 years of technical experience, including 10 years working with public cloud platforms.

• Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications.
• Familiarity with cloud implementation and adoption cycles.
• Experience with open‑source, cloud‑native and Oracle technologies.
• Degree level education in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

Responsible for participating in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions. May work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions. Implements solutions and ensures successful deployments through code development and scripting. Supports customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment via resource configuration, planning, and training. Creates and distributes technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.

Serves as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
