Hub Spot Web App Developer
CASABOT® is building a multi-audience login portal inside the Hub Spot ecosystem. The portal will serve end customers, partners, and customer service teams.
Role Overview The developer will architect and implement a robust, secure, and scalable multi-audience portal using Hub Spot CMS, CRM custom objects, and integrations with CASABOT’s backend services.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement portal-level authentication and role‑based access controls for end customers, system integrators, and real estate developers.
- Build customer‑facing pages to view and manage environments, access subscription details, update personal information, and log support tickets.
- Develop partner portal dashboards for registering opportunities, managing tickets, and automating routing, escalation, and notification workflows.
- Create customer service portal features to track tickets, assign to relevant parties (L1–L3), and enforce validation logic.
- Architect the overall Hub Spot CRM data model using custom objects, pipelines, and properties, and build Hub Spot Functions for subscription logic, code generation, device sync, and authentication.
- Integrate CASABOT backend services via REST APIs, webhooks, and device‑sync functions.
- Develop front‑end UI components with HubL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and React, ensuring responsiveness, security, and scalability.
- Set up automated workflows for ticket notifications, subscription renewals, and device events, and implement data‑sync rules between Hub Spot and CASABOT systems.
- Strong expertise in Hub Spot CMS and CRM custom development, including custom objects, CRM extensions, and Hub Spot Functions.
- Proficiency with HubL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building role‑based portals or multi‑user dashboards.
- Knowledge of Hub Spot integrations (REST, OAuth) and familiarity with Xero, Chargebee, Zoho, M365, etc.
- Understanding of ticketing workflows and subscription logic.
- Experience with private content, memberships, and HubDB.
- IoT device integration and device‑management dashboards.
- Property technology (prop‑tech) systems experience.
- Early‑stage startup background.
