OverviewSenior Associate - Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with clients and our engineering & product teams in the energy and commodities trading space, driving transformation by understanding business and end‑customer needs and continuously deliver value through rapid release cycles and iterative feedback.
ResponsibilitiesRole
Purpose:
Supports Senior BAs and delivery teams by documenting requirements, processes and test cases for Endur and surrounding systems, while building domain expertise.
Key responsibilities:
- Capture and refine requirements into user stories, use cases and process diagrams.
- Assist in preparing test scenarios and UAT packs with clear acceptance criteria.
- Support data and configuration analysis under guidance from senior team members.
- Maintain documentation repositories for their domain (process flows, FAQs, SOPs).
Must Have skills:
- Hands‑on Endur (Open Link) experience is mandatory for success in AGT’s environment.
- 2–4 years of BA or application support experience.
- Understanding of trading or financial products.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data (spreadsheets, basic SQL).
Good to have skill:
- Exposure to other CTRM platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Any BA-focused training or coursework.
