Data Analyst

Its dedicated research arm focuses on designing, prototyping, and evaluating new educational approaches, using data-driven insights to shape the future of learning. Our client is looking to hire a Data Analyst, which will play a critical role in generating real-time insights into learner growth, pilot projects, and system impact.

• Design and manage data systems, frameworks, tools, and dashboards for research and pilot projects.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and ethical collection and management of quantitative and qualitative data.
• Conduct statistical analyses, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Prepare clear visualizations and reports for leadership, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with educators, researchers, and external partners to integrate data into innovation processes.
• Support evaluation of pilot projects, including baseline measures and impact assessments.
• Stay current with best practices in educational data analytics and learning sciences.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in data analysis, preferably within education, social sciences, or innovation sectors.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, R, Python, or SPSS.
• Experience using dashboard and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of ethical data collection and safeguarding practices.
