The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and manage the development and implementation of Dev Ops strategies that align with the organization’s goals. This involves setting up guidelines for the Dev Ops practice, supervising teams of engineers in multiple projects, ensuring effective project management, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive continuous integration and delivery initiatives. Additionally, the role ensures that all projects adhere to established guidelines and best practices, providing leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Set up a new Dev Ops capability and manage its evolution, operation, and governance.
• Select Dev Ops technologies and onboard work programs dependent on this capability.
• Ensure projects adhere to guidelines and best practices.
• Lead and guide teams throughout project lifecycle.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash, Go)

• Excellent skills in Open Shift
• Monitoring and logging systems (ELK Stack, Splunk)
