Slimstock is a leader in supply‑chain optimization solutions. We’re seeking an Implementation Consultant to help clients implement and optimize Slimstock’s forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management tools, including our flagship system, Slim
4.

The Consultant will implement Slim4, ensuring timely, budget‑conscious, high‑quality delivery that meets customer requirements. The role involves managing the entire implementation process, providing ongoing support, and contributing to customer success.

• Lead the Slim4 implementation, ensuring seamless deployment and configuration tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support, collaborating with the support team on system customizations and enhancements.
• Build strong client relationships, advising on best practices and ensuring full utilization of Slim4’s capabilities.
• Deliver training sessions and create clear documentation for client‑specific configurations.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and coordinate internal resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Collect client feedback to drive product and implementation improvements.
• Assist the sales team with pre‑sales technical expertise, including product demonstrations and consultations.
• Leverage expertise in Microsoft SQL for system customization and maintain supply‑chain knowledge across industries.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication in English (Arabic proficiency is a bonus).
• Work collaboratively with sales, support, and development teams, remaining flexible and willing to travel as required.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years in supply‑chain management or a related industry; experience with demand planning and inventory optimization tools is advantageous.

  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft SQL for system customization.
• Communication:
  Strong written and verbal communication in English;
  Arabic proficiency is a bonus.
