WHERE YOU FIT IN | As a Full-Stack Developer at Whiteshield, you will be at the forefront of delivering modern, scalable, and high-performing software solutions. You will own and drive development across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, contributing to Whiteshield’s digital platforms and flagship products.

You will work with modern frameworks such as Next.js, Tailwind

CSS, and leverage RESTful and Graph

QL APIs, while maintaining robust backend services. You will help develop scalable cloud-native applications on Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (preferably with certifications), while adhering to strong Dev Sec Ops  and CI/CD principles.

This role requires a solid grasp of software architecture, data engineering, and LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini), as well as ensuring security, documentation, and high-quality delivery. Expect to work with stakeholders across design (e.g., Figma), business, and technical teams to deliver top-tier solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |

• Collaborate closely with product teams to transform business problems into scalable technical solutions

• Lead development of web applications using React.js, Next.js, and integrate them with secure, scalable APIs

• Build and maintain API Gateway layers, including rate-limiting, token management, and request validation

• Architect robust backend services with .NET Core, and work with containerized environments using Docker/Kubernetes

• Work across cloud platforms, primarily Microsoft Azure or GCP – certifications are a plus

• Implement and optimize materialized views, indexing, and database performance across Postgre
  
  SQL, MS SQL, and others

• Collaborate with data teams to enable ETL pipelines, real-time data streaming, and analytics-ready data schemas

• Integrate LLM models and generative AI into products using secure APIs and prompt engineering best practices

• Review and groom user stories in collaboration with Scrum leads, and help challenge assumptions to improve outcomes

• Align with design language systems (DLS) and build pixel-perfect frontends from tools like Figma

• Apply Tailwind
  
  CSS and modern UI/UX patterns to ensure a responsive, accessible experience

• Implement authentication and security protocols (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, secure storage, encryption)

• Drive end-to-end QA automation with testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright)

• Own deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops, or Cloud Build

• Monitor applications post-deployment and lead iterations using real user feedback, analytics, and telemetry

• Proactively contribute to the evolution of our tech stack, tooling, and engineering culture

• Fluent in English;
  Arabic language skills are an asset

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional, agile environments

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail across quality, security, and performance

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development and web application delivery

• Proficient in .NET Core, ASP.NET WebAPI, React, and modern JavaScript/Type Script

• Deep understanding of Next.js, Tailwind
  
  CSS, HTML/CSS, and responsive UI design

• Advanced experience with relational databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL

• Proven experience with ETL pipeline development, data modeling, indexing, and query optimization

• Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt design, and model orchestration

• Hands-on experience with Dev Sec Ops  tools and cloud deployment workflows

• Familiarity with Git, Git Hub, Azure Dev Ops, and automated CI/CD pipelines

• Experience using collaborative wire framing tools such as Figma

• Cloud experience with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform – certification preferred (GCP Professional Developer)
