Key Responsibilities- Offer technical consultation and advisory support across projects and business functions.
- Analyze requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions or improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and guide teams on best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
- Support technology evaluations, POCs, and solution designs.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and governance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in relevant domains (infrastructure, applications, cloud, or product-specific technologies).
- Ability to understand business processes and align them with technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (preferred).
