We are seeking an experienced SAP Qualtrics Consultant with extensive experience in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP Qualtrics solutions, with a proven track record in the KSA region. This role requires expertise in leveraging SAP Qualtrics for customer and employee experience management, along with a deep understanding of KSA-specific requirements.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and management of SAP Qualtrics solutions with a focus on KSA-specific needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Qualtrics solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for using SAP Qualtrics to enhance customer and employee experiences.
• Conduct data analysis, generate insights, and create actionable reports to drive business decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Qualtrics.
• Train and support users to ensure effective use of the Qualtrics platform.
• Stay current with SAP Qualtrics updates and industry trends, particularly in the context of KSA.
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and data privacy laws in all Qualtrics implementations.

• Over 9 years of experience in SAP Qualtrics consulting and implementation.
• Mandatory experience with KSA-specific projects and requirements.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Qualtrics platform features and capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement solutions based on business needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Immediate availability to start.

• Experience with other SAP solutions or modules.
• Familiarity with KSA regulations and business practices.
• SAP Qualtrics certification is a plus.
