Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Open Text Consultant with extensive experience in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Archiving to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP Open Text solutions, focusing on VIM and document archiving.

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Open Text solutions, with a specialization in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and document archiving.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Open Text solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies for document management and archiving to ensure efficient data handling and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise and support for SAP Open Text modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Integrate SAP Open Text with other SAP modules and external systems as required.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Open Text solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Open Text developments and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Over 9 years of experience in SAP Open Text consulting with a strong focus on Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Archiving.
• Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with SAP Open Text modules and integration with SAP ERP systems.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective document management and archiving solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience working in the UAE or with UAE‑based clients is a plus.

• SAP Open Text certification.
• Experience with additional SAP modules or related technologies.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements specific to the UAE.
