We are seeking a dynamic AVP - Open Finance Platforms Engineering to lead the strategic planning, development, and management of our Digital Banking Platforms and Cognitive Technologies
. This role is pivotal in driving our digital transformation journey, leveraging AI, NLP, RPA, LLMs, and advanced automation tools to reshape customer engagement and streamline business operations.

• Develop and execute the organization’s digital banking strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Manage and deliver engineering solutions involving AI, NLP, ML, RPA, and speech recognition technologies

• Ensure smooth integration of digital platforms with enterprise systems.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies across business functions, providing training and support to teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions that enable automation and data-driven insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align initiatives with organizational goals.
• Present updates, progress, and strategies to senior leadership.

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in NLP, AI, LLM models, Speech Recognition, and RPA technologies.
• 5+ years of techno-functional experience on digital banking platforms

• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
