About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Arabic speaking Network & Security Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will partner with the sales and technical teams to design, present, and deliver innovative network and security solutions that address our customers’ evolving business needs. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrating deep expertise and ensuring solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with customer objectives.

• Engage with customers to gather business and technical requirements related to networking and security.
• Develop detailed high-level and low-level network and security solution designs and architectures.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts that effectively communicate solution value.
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle — from opportunity qualification, to technical closure.
• Co‑ordinate directly with End Customer / Vendor when required to size the solution.
• Hands‑on Experience to do Demo / POC on few Security technologies.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFIs, technical BoQs, SoWs, and solution documentation.
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor solutions.
• Collaborate with implementation and delivery teams to ensure seamless project handover.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in network and security pre‑sales or solution architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in networking solution design, including wireless, routing, switching, VoIP, and network integration.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and architectures (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, zero trust, cloud security).
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
• Excellent ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical and cost‑effective solutions.
• Solid documentation, proposal writing, and solution scoping experience.
• Self‑motivated team player able to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
