Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Work on projects involving deep learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and natural language processing (NLP) models like GPT, BERT, or similar architectures.
- Develop and fine‑tune AI algorithms for tasks such as text generation, image synthesis, and other generative applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into client workflows and systems.
- Deliver high‑quality, interactive training sessions to client work forces on AI concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Create user‑friendly documentation, tutorials, and resources to support client teams in understanding and using AI technologies.
- Adapt training methods to meet the varying levels of technical expertise within client teams.
- Partner with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through Generative AI.
- Ensure timely delivery of AI solutions, maintaining high‑quality standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI, sharing insights and innovations with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct technical workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase AI solutions.
- Provide hands‑on support and troubleshooting for AI implementation challenges faced by clients.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with libraries like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with experience in delivering technical training or workshops.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in AI/ML or Python programming are a plus.
