Job Description :Aqovia is looking for a Technical Solutions Analyst to join our software engineering department. You will work in fast‑paced development teams for our own products and / or client projects. As a Technical Solutions Analyst you will be working on our consulting projects, primarily designing RESTful API services, supporting delivery engagements, and providing pre‑sales and solutions consultancy to prospective clients.
Key responsibilities :- Engage with prospective clients to understand high‑level business and technical needs, translating them into conceptual solution designs.
- Produce pre‑sales collateral including solution outlines, API capability summaries, diagrams, and technical responses for RFPs / RFIs.
- Participate in discovery workshops and client meetings to shape proposals, validate feasibility, and recommend architecture patterns.
- Capture and curate business requirements and system documentation in JIRA / Confluence, including user stories, API design and API enhancements.
- Work with internal stakeholders to estimate delivery timelines, identify risks, and define integration approaches for proposed solutions.
- Assist in constructing proof‑of‑concepts, prototypes, or sandbox demonstrations for client evaluation.
- Write estimate‑able user stories for developers in JIRA, including clear and testable acceptance criteria.
- Design RESTful web APIs for new and existing products in an API‑first context, aligned with technical architecture guidance.

- Specify contracts for messaging and web services, primarily using JSON Schema and OpenAPI Specification (Swagger).

- Define acceptance test scenarios using DSLs such as Gherkin and generate test datasets.
- Support Delivery Managers, Product Owners, and QA teams during acceptance testing.
- Participate in agile ceremonies as an integrated member of the team.
- Support data engineers responsible for onboarding customers and data into the platform.
- Strong background across any of the following :
Fin Tech APIs, BaaS platforms, embedded finance, and Open Banking (consent models, data access, secure API design). - Commercial experience as either a Solutions Architect or Technical Solutions Analyst across multiple customers / projects.
- Excellent business, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to translate business needs for technical teams and simplify complex concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting pre‑sales cycles, including discovery, solution shaping, and responding to technical queries.
