Document Management & Data Analytics Specialist; Flight Operations

Job Purpose

Manage and enhance the Operational Document Management System (DMS) while strengthening the department’s self‑service analytics capabilities. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and accessibility of documentation while enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the department.

• Manage and maintain the OPS DMS (Operational Document Management System) platform to ensure it meets operational, compliance, and user needs across Flight Operations.
• Develop, review, and maintain documentation within OPS DMS to ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data consistency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Promote effective system usage by supporting training sessions and knowledge‑sharing initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and enhance departmental self‑service analytics capabilities and dashboards to enable data‑driven decision‑making in Flight Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by partnering with specialists to optimize processes, share insights, and foster innovation in documentation and analytics.

• Degree in Aviation, Engineering, and/or IT, or equivalent.
• Experience in Flight Operations, Flight Operations Compliance Monitoring, and/or IT.

• Data Management System and data analytical background and/or document management knowledge desirable.
