About the RoleWe need a Technical Writer who can translate complex blockchain concepts into clear, concise, and engaging documentation. You’ll create developer guides, product documentation, API references, and educational content that empowers users, developers, partners, and internal teams to understand and use our technology confidently.
This role is perfect for someone who blends technical understanding with strong writing skills — and genuinely enjoys simplifying the complex.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality technical documentation, including developer guides, SDK docs, API references, and system overviews.
- Break down advanced Web3, blockchain, and smart contract concepts into digestible content.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Create tutorials, walkthroughs, and technical blog posts for the developer community.
- Maintain and update documentation as products evolve and new features launch.
- Ensure consistency in writing style, terminology, and structure across all technical materials.
- Improve information architecture to make documentation intuitive and easy to navigate.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to produce Web3-focused educational content when required.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Developer Advocate, or related technical documentation role.
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals — smart contracts, wallets, APIs, token standards, EVM, etc.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- Experience with documentation tools like Markdown, Git Hub, Notion, or similar.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with developer workflows, APIs, and Web3 tooling.
- Previously written docs for Web3 projects, SDKs, or open-source repositories.
- Understanding of L1/L2 ecosystems, DeFi, ZK, or NFTs.
- Ability to produce both technical and user-facing content when required.
- Be at the forefront of Web3 innovation and help shape how developers engage with emerging technology.
