, looking for a forward-thinking UX/UI Designer with a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences powered by AI-driven insights
.

This is a unique opportunity for a designer who blends design thinking, creativity, and data to deliver personalized, intuitive, and scalable user journeys in a product-centric tech environment.

To lead and execute the end-to-end user experience design process
, using AI insights, user research, and prototyping tools to enhance functionality, engagement, and accessibility across digital finance platforms.

User-Centered Design & Research

• Conduct user research, interviews, persona creation, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Use data and AI-driven behavior insights to personalize UX flows and improve user journeys.

• Apply design thinking methodologies to identify real user problems and deliver intuitive solutions.

AI-Enhanced Personalization

• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to implement AI-powered UI elements
  , such as recommendation engines, adaptive layouts, and predictive actions.

• Integrate real-time feedback loops and intelligent UI features to improve engagement and decision-making.

• Optimize interfaces based on user behavior analysis, clustering, and segmentation models
  .

UX/UI Design & Prototyping

• Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  , or similar tools.

• Maintain and evolve design systems, visual identity, and accessibility standards across products.

• Ensure consistent and responsive design across mobile, desktop, and embedded platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product owners, developers, and data/AI teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and performance optimization.

• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback rapidly and effectively.

• Act as the voice of the user
  , balancing empathy with data-driven decision-making.

✅ 4–6+ years of experience in UX/UI design
, with exposure to Fin Tech, digital products, or SaaS platforms
.
✅ Strong background in user research, wire framing, interactive prototyping
, and design systems.
✅ Experience collaborating with AI or data teams to develop personalized, intelligent user experiences
.
✅ Solid understanding of design thinking, accessibility, and responsive/mobile-first design
.
✅ Tools:
Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch, or similar.
✅ Bonus:
Familiarity with AI product workflows, A/B testing, and behavior-based UX
.
