Your technical acumen and project management expertise will be essential in guiding teams through product development processes and addressing challenges along the way. By fostering effective communication between stakeholders and project teams, you will drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive project plans and specify project scope, goals, deliverables, and deliverable timelines.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of project goals.
- Monitor and report on progress of projects, addressing any issues or risks that arise during execution.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Implement best practices and methodologies for project management, ensuring adherence to defined processes.
- Facilitate meetings and status updates to promote transparency and effective communication among teams.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
- Act as the point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, especially in the technology sector.
- Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts related to software development and IT infrastructure.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) is desirable.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
