We’ve partnered with an ambitious fast-moving digital trading brand across global markets. This role is located in Dubai, UAE.
You’ll lead the full growth engine—performance marketing, CRM, SEO, lifecycle, and regional activation—driving user acquisition, activation, and revenue will lead teams, set the frameworks, systems and strategies, using data, testing performance and insights to guide the data driven decisions.
An excellent knowledge and involvement in leading across customer acquisition and customer lifecycle is vital in this position as you will set the strategy and lead your team to meet business goals.
We are looking for a Head of Performance who has specifically worked in a financially regulated sector such as Crypto, Gaming, FX or gambling.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a large team of marketers
- Lead on global performance strategy, execution and optimisation across Meta, Google, Programmatic, Display & Affiliates.
- Lead optimisation across the full funnel: acquisition → KYC → deposit → first trade.
- Lead CRM, automation, and lifecycle journeys to boost activation and retention.
- Lead SEO and organic growth strategy for high-intent trading keywords.
- Lead regional marketing teams and enhance partner, IB, affiliate & KOL performance.
- Collaborate with Creative, Product & Compliance to deliver high-impact campaigns.
What You Bring
5+ years in growth or performance marketing, including 3 years plus at senior management level.
Significant growth experience in a regulated fintech business is essential gambling, gamification, crypto, or crypto gaming

- Strong man management experience, leading a large
- Proven success scaling acquisition across global markets and partner ecosystems.
- Strong skills in CRM, SEO, analytics, attribution & funnel optimisation.
- Experience managing multi-market teams and significant budgets.
- Data-driven, commercial, and comfortable owning KPIs and growth strategy.
