Specialist - Digital Services Development

Job Purpose

The Digital Services Development Specialist supports the design, development, and enhancement of digital services across RTA. The role focuses on digital project coordination
, system integration
, user experience improvement
, and ensuring compliance with governance and information security standards to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

• Monitor performance indicators for digital systems and services
• Coordinate digital service development projects
  , including requirements definition and execution tracking
• Prepare monthly performance and progress reports covering workflow, costs, risks, and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with RTA governance frameworks and information security policies
• Support system integration, upgrades, and enhancements across digital platforms
• Manage contracts and invoices using the Maximo system
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to digital services
• Report and follow up on information security incidents in line with policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
  , or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital services development
