Education:

- 12+ years in banking IT, with expertise in Risk Management Platforms (Credit Risk, Basel III, ALM, etc.).
- Proven track record in application management and vendor collaboration (SAS, Oracle, FIS).
- Banking regulations and compliance.
Stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, leadership (10+ team management).
