Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Internship to join Jumeirah Group and Corporate - Dubai
.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
  • Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and agreements, incorporating feedback from review sessions.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to support document review processes and maintain an effective working environment.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient document management and record-keeping system with the company secretary.
  • Support company secretarial duties, corporate governance activities, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle compliance documentation, regulatory submissions, and contribute to policy review and revision discussions.
  • Prepare accurate meeting minutes and resolutions, and support project timeline management to meet deliverables.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
  • Middle East experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Previous internship or experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus, but not mandatory.
