We are looking for an amazing leader to lead the APJ Partner Core Tech SA team. As the Senior Manager for APJ Partner Core Tech, you will lead a high performing, APJ wide team of solution architects to help our thriving ecosystem of software and technology partners scale and grow their businesses. You and your team will collaborate with partners to transform their software products and differentiate their offerings for customers.

As a key member of the leadership team, you collaborate with other teams to optimize and scale the efforts of the broader Solution Architect function within the Partner organization in order to enhance and grow partner-related revenue. Your team will be responsible for driving and execution of the technical strategy of AWS Partner Network (APN) Core initiatives within APJ. You will work with your global counterparts in both NAMER and EMEA to ensure learnings and initiatives are shared, as appropriate.

You will also interface with the APN Program team to contribute to the design/change of existing/new APN programs as well as the AWS Marketplace and Partner Services teams.

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.

• Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
