IT Support Engineer

Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT systems, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth business operations.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
• Monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Assist employees with technical problems and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technical support and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure data backups and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested regularly.
• Support IT projects, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.
• Train staff on best practices for software and hardware usage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, IT Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple technical issues simultaneously.
