Information Technology Manager (Russian speaker)

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Senior IT Manager to oversee our corporate IT infrastructure, security, and support functions across on‑premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to align IT operations with business objectives.

• Manage and maintain the corporate network, including access points, switches, routers, and VPN.
• Configure and support VLANs, backup channels, and coordinate with telecom and IT service providers.
• Oversee servers and systems (Microsoft/Azure – both on-premises and cloud‑based).
• Administer Office 365 applications (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive).
• Provide support and administration for video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams Rooms, etc.).
• Implement and manage IT security policies, backup strategies, and incident response protocols.
• Lead and develop the IT Help Desk team, ensuring SLA adherence and high‑quality user support.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement processes, and hardware/software inventory.

• Strong background in corporate IT infrastructure management.
• Fluency in English and Russian (both languages are mandatory).
• Proven leadership experience managing IT teams and Help Desk operations.
• Solid understanding of IT security, networks, and cloud systems (Microsoft/Azure).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in Dubai (relocation package can be discussed).
